Xenia Chardalia, LL.B., LL.M. LL.M. has studied Law in the UK. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chardalia obtained her LL.B. (University of Leicester) as well as her LL.M (University of Bristol) and has become member of the Athens Bar Association. Hence, in addition to her law practice in Greece, she is also familiar with the English legal system and common law principles. Ms. Chardalia has extensive expertise in handling intellectual property issues that arise in different types of transactions with an emphasis on licensing, transactional matters and privacy issues. She also regularly advises on trademark patent litigation and registration matters involving disputes relating to intellectual property, licenses and commercial contracts.
Her other main fields of interest, which she has been practising in are Company Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Insurance Law.
Ms. Chardalia has also a strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and negotiation practices.
